Slumdog Millionaire - Salim

Salim is one of the main characters in the movie Slumdog Millionaire. He is what I would call a round character. During the film Salim changes several times. He has always been a very bossy person who wants to control the people around him, especially Jamal.

Even though he hurts Jamal and Latika several times throughout the movie he sometimes shows another side of him where he puts Jamal and Latika before himself. Examples are when Maman is going to stab Jamal’s eyes out. Salim knows Mamans intensions and we as the audience believes that Salim is just going to stand there and watch as his brother is going blind. In stead Salim surprises us and rescues Jamal. Other example is at the end of the movie, when Salim tells Latika to go and find Jamal. Salim knows that he will end up dead when Kazim finds out what he has done.

Today me and my friend, Kamilla made each our own blog! How AAWWESOmeeeee is that? Well, It is pretty awesome! Every Monday evening we go to Elixia to dance Afrodance. There we learn some killer moves, and if you are interested we can teach you!

Today, after school! Me, Kamilla and our awwesome friend Tiril are going to our favourite café called Stockfleth's. Here they have the best Coffee EVAAHH! You have to taste it!
